The Southern Cross Grammar Scholarship program is open to students entering Years 7-11.

2026 Academic Scholarships

Southern Cross Grammar offers Academic Scholarships for entry into Years 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11. Students may only apply in the year prior to their year of entry. Academic scholarships are awarded on the basis of students’ results from a required Edutest Academic Scholarship Examination. To register, click here.

2026 General Excellence Scholarships

Southern Cross Grammar offers General Excellence Scholarships for entry into Years 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11. Students may only apply in the year prior to their year of entry. General Excellence Scholarships are awarded on the basis of student achievement in a range of areas expressed via the written General Excellence Scholarship Application Form, alongside the results of a required Edutest Academic Scholarship Examination. 2026 Music Scholarships

Southern Cross Grammar offers Music Scholarships for entry into Years 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11. Students may only apply in the year prior to their year of entry. Music Scholarships are awarded on the basis of the student’s music audition and completion of the Music Scholarship Application Form. Candidates applying solely for Music Scholarships are not required to sit the Edutest Academic Scholarship Examination.

2026 Indigenous Student Scholarships

Indigenous Student Scholarships provide opportunities to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students to attend Southern Cross Grammar at a significant discount. The scholarships are part of the School’s plan to help improve education outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students at the secondary schooling level.

Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students enrolling in Years 7-11 seeking a high performing and academic experience are encouraged to apply. In addition to completing the Indigenous Student Scholarship Application Form, students will be required to meet with the School Principal to discuss eligibility.
